 Qualifications
 Bachelor in Sciences / Mathematics and Technician in Mechanics.
 In 1978 began his professional activities as Technician in Metal Cutting.
 Specialized in optimization of machining methods and applications with
indexable tools with carbide inserts.
 Worked for the following companies:
 Meritor – 1979 to 1984
 Coromant – 1984 to 1996
 Walter Brazil/Germany – 1996 to 2019
 Ceratizit – 2021 - 2025
 Since 1998 acts as Technical Manager and Training supporting the sales areas,
proposing machining technical solutions for end customers.
 In 2007 was transferred to Walter AG, Germany where is responsible for the
“Global Technical Education in Metal Cutting” with indexable tools with carbide
inserts for direct employees of all subsidiaries of the Walter group, distributors
and customers.
