• Overall Accounts Payable processes which involve: Invoice verifications (3-way verification)
• Ad hoc reports for Accounts payable
• Supports with quarterly and annual Audit
• Bank Payment allocation against vendor Invoices.
• Preparation, Analysis and confirmation of Purchase Orders.
• Involved in the processing, submission and payment of quarterly taxation returns.
• Involved in helping with Quarterly Audit and monthly closing.
• Preparation and finalization of monthly bank reconciliations for various company bank accounts
• Journal entries for various expenses such as accruals, salaries, and other monthly recurring expenses
• Preparation of Full and Final Settlement Letter for multiple suppliers.
• Preparation of Weekly Disbursement List for various general and project-based expenses
• Review of quotations and creation of LPO’s for different purchase requisition requests.
• Preparation of Supplier aging of Accounts
• Preparation and Verification of Supplier Statement of Accounts
• Other duties and responsibilities being requested by the financial controller even out of the Accounts Payable scope.
