My journey into the software testing field began during my time as a Technical Support Engineer, where I developed a keen interest in identifying and resolving software issues. This experience inspired me to transition into SQA, where I could combine my problem-solving skills with my love for technology to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, API testing, and performance testing, completing certifications and hands-on projects to solidify my knowledge. My background in technical support has given me a unique perspective on user-centric testing, enabling me to identify and address issues that impact the end-user experience.
