Were on the lookout for a quality assurance specialist to help deliver real business value through comprehensive process validation. Youll serve as a bridge between deep business understanding and technical insight, ensuring quality throughout every stage of development. You'll be part of a dynamic integration team working for one of the top fintech players in the region.
Review functional and non-functional requirements during test planning
Identify issues or vague conditions in requirements and propose improvements
Write and maintain test cases using BDD methodology
Execute regression testing plans with high coverage
Log, track, and report defects, providing continuous feedback on quality
Estimate testing efforts to improve delivery timelines
5+ years of experience designing, planning, and executing tests
Solid knowledge of different testing types (functional, non-functional, smoke, regression, end-to-end)
Experience in Agile testing strategies: early testing, risk-based approaches, product vision, and test planning
Strong experience with REST API testing
Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Postman, Swagger, Soap UI
Understanding of AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, S3)
JavaScript skills, including script creation and validation
Experience reviewing logs using tools like Datadog
Background or studies in systems engineering or computer science
Experience in banking or fintech environments
Knowledge of performance testing tools: JMeter, k6, Artillery
Experience in backend automation using RestAssured, Karate, or PactumJS
Full-time contract with payment in ARS
