Join our team to contribute to the evolution and stability of a scalable, high-performing backend architecture in a leading financial services platform. In this role, youll apply your expertise in Node.js and TypeScript while occasionally collaborating with frontend engineers working with Angular.
Develop and implement reusable, maintainable backend components with scalable architecture.
Collaborate on architectural improvements to ensure long-term stability and system evolution.
Participate in the integration of new features with a focus on performance and security.
Apply advanced testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to ensure code quality.
Make informed technical decisions considering system architecture and future impact.
Estimate and break down complex user stories into manageable development tasks.
Create clear technical documentation and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and encouraging best practices.
3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript in backend development.
Strong skills in debugging, architecture analysis, and system instrumentation.
Proficient in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (Angular, UI libraries) for integration tasks.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases; query optimization and data modeling.
Familiarity with AWS and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Solid skills in technical documentation and system maintainability.
