Introduction to the job

With the launch of the new R&R sector, a new position of ‘Analytics Node Lead’ will be established. The primary responsibility of the node lead will be to ensure that our analytics meet the standards set by ASML for supporting business strategy. Additionally, the node lead will ensure compatibility of our analytics with reporting systems used across other sectors. Further details regarding this role are outlined below.

Role and responsibilities

Strategy and Value

  • Implementing data analytics within R&R business Strategy, Program & Operations

  • Contribute to optimizing business operations, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing overall performance based on analytics

  • Pushing for impactful data-driven recommendations & decisions and secure embedding in the process framework

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of analytical strategies

  • Short term and Long term analytic roadmap for R&R sector

People

  • Build-up, lead and coach the team of analysts and data solution developers for R&R sector (Within whole R&R sector + dotted-lines to other sectors)

  • Coordinate the recruitment process for analytic roles within the sector

  • Capability building: Guide the team to continuously develop and grow in terms of capabilities and business value. 

Ways of Working

  • Responsible for R&R analytic node and representing the node in DAN (Distributed Analytics Network) and other coordination.  

  • Secure cross-sectoral analytic collaboration

  • Alignment with program and value stream management on content and staffing.  

  • Create partnerships with business stakeholders by anticipating their needs for actionable insights. 

Education and experience

  • 5-9 years of relevant experience

  • Master of science (MSc)

Distributed Analytics Network 

This job position is part of the Distributed Analytics Network (DAN, a network consisting of analytics entities (called Analytics ‘Nodes’) throughout the different sectors at ASML. The main objective of the DAN network is to create an aligned way of working across the organization, to bring our ASML’s analytics capabilitiesto the next level. Being part of DAN gives you exposure to multiple teams and parts of our organization and unlocks wide growth opportunities for all our members.
