Angular Developer

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, working within a team in a highly regulated GMP environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, while adhering to Boehringer Ingelheim standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

As Angular Developer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, qualification, and maintenance of Frontend applications. You will ensure all deliverables meet GMP requirements and other regulatory standards. Your role will extend beyond technical expertise, as you will provide guidance to enhance the team's coding capabilities through code review, mentoring, and promoting best practices during development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and specify requirements for new tools and enhancements. Implementing and overseeing Agile methodologies within the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects will be a key part of your role. You will utilize Openshift and Jenkins for application deployment and management, ensuring scalability and reliability. Employing Cypress for end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and robustness of the applications will also be part of your responsibilities. You will resolve technical issues and provide expert troubleshooting support. Maintaining documentation for all development activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards, will also be expected.

Requirements: 

• A master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent with several years of working experience in IT as an interface to internal and external stakeholders; alternatively a bachelor’s degree with long-term experience. 
• Proven professional experience in software development and testing on frontend technologies; Angular, React, Javascript… with know-how of modern technologies, frameworks and API design (REST). 
• Strong knowledge in Openshift and Jenkins. 
• Fluent in business English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
• Experience in working successfully in multicultural and global teams. 
• Ability to prioritize when working on multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery. 
• Well organized and methodical with strong troubleshooting skills. 
• Experience in working in a GMP regulated environment and their deliverables.
