We are seeking a Principal Angular Developer to join Epicor Propello. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and enhance products, services, and processes, ensuring they align with customer needs. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Product Development team, driving best practices and innovation.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and test software applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

• Partner with Product QA to troubleshoot and resolve testing errors.

• Provide mentorship and training to developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Advocate for and implement best practices, staying up to date with industry trends.

• Optimize development processes through automation and continuous integration.

• Represent Epicor at internal and external events as a technical leader and evangelist.

What you will likely bring:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

• Proven ability to propose and implement innovative solutions.

• Experience leading teams and managing project timelines effectively.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer service skills.

• Passion for mentorship and team development.
