What you'll do

We are looking for an associate developer (f/m/d) specialized in front-end web development with Angular and Node.JS to integrate our development team in SAP Labs Berlin. This associate developer will work on the new SBPA cloud Automation service. The services are written with TypeScript and run on Node.JS, Kafka, and PostgreSQL; observability is mostly done through Dynatrace and Kibana. As an associate developer (f/m/d) of SBPA, you will be part of our development team looking after the following activities:

  • Participate in the feature development.
  • Manage build and deployment in production of this cloud service.
  • Platform deployment is managed and then operated and monitored by developers.

What you bring

  • You have an experience in Web Front End programming and especially Angular.
  • You already participate in the development with Node.JS/TypeScript/NestJS and typeOrm to access PostgreSQL.
  • You have first knowledge of CI/CD tools and scripts such as Terraform, Python, Jenkins, Groovy, GitHub, etc.
  • Knowledge of the Cloud Foundry platform is a plus.
  • Finally, you have great team spirit, good learning ability, autonomy, rigor, involvement, rapid adaptation to the different technologies encountered.
