Previous experience leading teams

Strong work experience in Agile process

Requirements

Define the Automation Test Strategy

Define the Automation tools stack

Define the Automation environment needs

Lead their own working

Attend/participate in Agile ceremonies

Playback progress to stakeholders via JIRA and XRAY as ALM tools.

Provide guidance/support QT Engineers

Maintain and manage the RAID log

Create automation tests ensuring high coverage and minimal technical debt (adhering to our automation standards), where required conduct manual functional testing by holding strong functional testing skills
