We are looking for a Backend Engineer (Node.js) who is passionate about solving complex challenges and building scalable, reliable, and secure products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in server-side architecture, databases, and API development, along with the ability to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. While a strong academic background is valued, a deep passion for computer science matters most.
• 1-6+ years of experience in the industry, with a track record of solving complex problems from scratch.
• Prior experience working with complex systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Expertise in building scalable, sustainable, and secure backend systems that enhance user experience.
• Ability to introduce new architectural patterns, best practices, and technical initiatives to strengthen the overall tech stack.
• Strong understanding of server-side architecture, including API design, database management, infrastructure, and system design.
• Experience in owning and driving the technical roadmap for systems and components.
