Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, front-end focused Full Stack Developer with experience in Vue.js and Node.js back-end development for our Integration Hub product.

As part of this team, you will develop and refining integrations into the Conversational Cloud. Our Integration Hub supports two integrations, a post-conversation survey solution and a workflow automation integration, with the launch of the subsequent integration imminent. Our next integration will be prominently exposed through the Agent Workspace UI and is an important part of the Agent Experience.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with your team members and other team members to ensure seamless integration of features. You will implement features to provide a high-quality user experience, develop software implementation and maintenance plans and user manuals, and participate in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, build pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues.

You will:

• Produce and inspire high-quality, well-tested code that is easy to read and maintain.
• Use technical knowledge to build new features and keep the platform’s stability at LivePerson’s scale.
• Help facilitate (Scrum) meetings and workshops within the team with the guidance of senior team members and your manager
• Focus on production readiness, including root cause analysis, testing, monitoring, and documentation
• Contribute to the team’s on-call rotation to improve incident coverage
• Design small to mid-level applications and coordinate with other engineers on the team to build scalable solutions
• Work in a distributed international Scrum team and use collaboration tools, e.g. Jira, Confluence 

You have:

• At least one year of prior experience with modern web-based UI frameworks, preferably Vue Backend development experience in Node.js and/or Java (Spring Framework)
• A passion for working in accordance with the Agile Manifesto and Scrum Guide, and enjoy leveraging your software development skills to help your team perform at their best while cultivating a collaborative and positive workplace culture
• Experience or working knowledge of tools and frameworks such as Kubernetes, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Google Cloud and no fear of working with custom deployment tools
• Good English language skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with colleagues throughout the organisation
