Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team for a fixed duration of 90 working days (extension is possible). The role requires hands-on experience in Angular, Node.js, and related web technologies, with a focus on Firebase and API development. The successful applicant should have experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi and, ideally, experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery. This position also values experience with bulk email service platforms such as Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). You will be involved in building, optimizing, and deploying scalable and efficient web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using Angular, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Work with Firebase for backend development, user authentication, and data handling.
• Integrate Web Services/APIs for seamless data communication and applications.
• Develop functional applications using Google Apps Script.
• Build and integrate with a headless CMS (e.g., Strapi) to manage structured content.
• Utilize and implement Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services, including BigQuery, to ensure efficient analytics and data management.
• Configure and integrate bulk email services (e.g., Amazon SES) where needed.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively to support and optimize applications.

Qualifications

A. Essential Requirements

• Language Skills: Working level of English (B2 or above).
• Technical Expertise:
  • At least 2+ years of experience with the following technologies:
    • Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, SQL.
    • Firebase and Web Services/APIs.
    • Google Apps Script.
  • Experience with Headless CMS tools, particularly Strapi.

B. Expected Requirements

• Cloud Expertise:
  • Experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services such as BigQuery.

C. Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with bulk email services, such as Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) or similar platforms.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of modern web development practices and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate APIs and backend platforms like Firebase seamlessly.
• Sound knowledge of cloud services, data handling, and scalable web application architecture.
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks within tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
