Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Node.js

• Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle development

• Preferably from a product-based background

• At least 1 year of experience managing and mentoring teams

• Strong knowledge of backend architecture, code quality, and best practices

• Open to working from Mumbai (Andheri) office

Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient backend code

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers

• Drive project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery of projects

• Ensure high standards for code quality, architecture, and design

• Provide technical guidance and best practices for backend development
