We're on the lookout for an exceptional Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic team in London (with a great hybrid setup, of course!). This role is about much more than just writing code; it's about setting the technical direction, guiding our talented teams, and partnering with clients to deliver truly impactful mobile experiences. You'll be a key part of our mobile development efforts, taking on a few important responsibilities:

• Setting the Technical Vision: You'll be the go-to person for all things React Native, shaping the technical vision and architecture for our projects. You enjoy diving into tough technical puzzles and coming up with clever, impactful solutions that benefit everyone. You'll also help define our technical roadmaps and set top-notch standards.

• Leading Projects & Teams: You're quite adept at getting complex projects done, perhaps even managing a few simultaneously. You'll lead our software development strategies, guide our development efforts, and ensure our flexible Agile approach works perfectly for every project.

• Partnering with Clients: You'll grasp what our clients truly need, leading discussions to ensure our technical solutions meet their business goals. You're excellent at building strong relationships, crafting tailored solutions, and confidently discussing technical matters with anyone, including senior leadership. You'll also be skilled at keeping large projects on track and handling any changes smoothly, all whilst ensuring clients remain happy.

• Growing Our Talent: This is where the human touch truly shines! You'll lead by example, actively mentoring and coaching our React Native developers, helping them grow their skills and careers. You'll foster a learning culture, encourage knowledge sharing, and help us all achieve our collective goals. • Championing Innovation & Best Practices: You're all about pushing boundaries, finding new and better ways to build things, and ensuring everyone learns and grows. Requirements

Deep Expertise in React Native: You're a true expert in building mobile apps with React Native, comfortable setting technical direction and using tools like Expo Application Services (EAS). You also have a solid grasp of architectural design principles for building scalable apps.

Proven Leadership: You've successfully led complex software projects and guided development teams, getting everyone on the same page and working effectively.

Agile & Client-Focused: You're a big fan of Agile ways of working and understand how to translate client business goals into smart technical solutions, confidently presenting to senior stakeholders.

Problem Solver & Mentor: You love a good challenge and can innovate solutions for tricky technical hurdles. You genuinely enjoy mentoring other developers and helping them grow.

Adaptable & Collaborative: You can roll with the punches in a fast-paced environment, work seamlessly with different teams, and you're proficient in version control.

Continuous Learner: You're always exploring new technologies and encouraging a culture of learning around you.
