VUE ORLEANS

Vue Orleans, a premier cultural and experiential destination, is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Department. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager to enhance our digital presence, support brand awareness initiatives, and drive visitor engagement across all marketing platforms.

THE ROLE   

The Marketing Associate will be integral in executing Vue Orleans’ social media strategy, content creation, analytics reporting, and audience engagement. This role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support promotional campaigns, monitor brand messaging, and ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives that attract a diverse audience to our immersive experiences.

  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  •  Manage day-to-day operations of marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and review platforms.
  •  Develop and implement a content calendar with a focus on organic social media growth, aligning with broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.
  •  Partner with the Marketing Manager to create engaging promotional materials, including digital and print advertisements, newsletters, and brochures.
  •  Assist in producing marketing materials, including presentations, plans, and strategic recommendations.
  •  Launch and monitor digital programs, including emails, website updates, forms, and lead-generation flows, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
  •  Organize on-site and off-site promotional activities, capturing content for events and campaigns, and reporting performance metrics.
  •  Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify and recommend new strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

  

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a full-time digital marketing and/or social media position, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated breadth of digital marketing knowledge with a strategic view of how social media programs can support search optimization, brand reputation management, and outbound marketing programs--as well as paid, earned, and owned media goals.
  • Active and professional personal presence in social media, with working knowledge of each network and its best practices as it applies to B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Strong background in creative and innovative thinking and execution, with demonstrated capability for storytelling, creative content creation, and persuasive messaging.
  • Experience with HootSuite, Meta Business Suite, Email Marketing Platforms (Delivra, Mailchimp or other), Wordpress and Google Analytics strongly preferred.
  • Excellent time and project management experience with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
