1.　職務内容

Node Development Product Engineerは、新規プロセス、新規デザイン製品の立上げに向けて多角的に活動し、プロセス・製品開発、量産化に向けての品質、歩留向上を進めて行きます。

また、新規プロセス開発、製品設計チームに向けて、開発の方向性を示すようなSiデータの提示を行います。

新製品開発時には、製品や新規採用技術の問題点を洗い出し、設計、プロセス技術開発、品質管理等の関連部門と連携しながら、問題解決と製品立上げを実現して行きます。

テスト工程において、不良が発生した場合は、電気的解析を行い不良原因を特定し、当該プロセス設計にフィードバックし、対策を行う。

2.　業務詳細

・新規プロセスの立上げと歩留向上、量産化を行う。

・新製品の製品パフォーマンス評価とその結果のプロセス、製品設計部門に対してレポートする。

・歩留低下の原因工程を特定し、電気的不良解析を行い、不良原因の特定を行う。この結果をプロセスにフィードバックし、対策を行う。

3.　職務要件

・先端の技術に興味を持ち、仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。

・課題を整理し、解決できる能力を有する。

・関係部門と協議しプロジェクトをリードする能力を有する。

・社内外の人とコミュニケーションを円滑に取ることができる。

・C++、Pythonなどを使ってプログラミング、データ解析を行える。

・自己管理（業務、健康）ができる。

・半導体、物理、電気等の基礎知識について、大学卒業以上の知識を有する。

1.　Responsibilities and Tasks:

Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp.

Provide direction to development teams using thorough knowledge for process integration.

Develop and utilize key metrics for feedback on a new technology.

Collaborate with internal engineering groups; Design, Technology Development, Design for Test, and Quality teams to understand yield issues and priorities.

If any failure happens in testing process, do the electronical failure analysis to identify the root cause of the failure. Then feedback that result to process team.

2.　Requierment skills and knowledges:

・Having the interesting to the cutting edge technology and working with positive atitude.

・To clarify the point of issues and solve it.

・Leading the project and communicate with the related department teams.

・Making a good relationship and communication with the business partner.

・Using some programing language for the data analysis.

・Management skill for task and self health.

・Having the knowledge for the semiconductor, physics and electric as university graduate.
