Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on development for next-generation pricing platforms in the cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior team members.
• Define UX standards and build out a common component library for FFIO.
• Work with product management on requirements and decompose epics into stories.
• Build scalable, resilient, cloud-based systems aligned with long-term strategy.
• Provide outstanding support, including on-call support when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of Angular 7+ framework and SPA.
• Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
• Understanding of AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as ECS and Docker.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-enabled applications using 12-factor design.
• Experience with continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with building sharable web components and documenting using Storybook is a plus.
• Familiarity with Micro Frontend is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with integrating microservices and orchestration.
• Passion for learning new technologies and frameworks.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 142,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
