In this role, you will collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business needs, then help develop and deliver innovative solutions that satisfy those needs

Responsibilities:

·       Ability to lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight.

·       Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

·       Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and best practices.

·       Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across browsers and devices

·       Commit to (and implement where necessary) standards of code quality and consistency

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in JavaScript: A solid understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features, is essential since React.js and React Native are built on it.
2. Deep Knowledge of React.js: Experience with React.js, including component lifecycle, hooks, state management, and performance optimization.
3. Experience with React Native: Familiarity with React Native/expo for building mobile applications, understanding differences between React.js and React Native, and knowledge of native modules.
4. State Management: Proficiency with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API.
5. API Integration: Experience with RESTful services and GraphQL for data fetching and integration.
6. Version Control: Strong experience with Git/bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
7. Testing and Debugging: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine for unit testing and debugging tools.
8. Build and Deployment: Familiarity with build tools and processes like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.
9. Cross-Platform Development: Understanding of cross-platform development issues and solutions specific to React Native.

10. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex development challenges.

11. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

12. Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams such as design, product management, and other engineering teams.
