Mollie's In-Person Payments portfolio extends beyond conventional store transactions conducted on traditional payment terminals to include seamless payment experiences on integrated kiosks, and even mobile devices. The expansion of Mollie's In-Person Payments solution is substantial, prompting our search for a dedicated Senior React Native Engineer to join our team.

What you'll be doing:
As a React Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in constructing the foundation of our in-person payments processing across various tiers.
Enhancing the reliability of our solution, devising innovative tests and monitoring strategies for our in-person infrastructure,
Introducing novel payment features, and broadening our solutions globally.
Collaborating closely with our engineering teams, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of product features.
What you'll bring:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing complex React Native applications (we are using the expo framework).
Experience with test-driven development and end-to-end testing React Native applications. We use Browserstack Live Automate for end-to-end testing.
You know how to pinpoint performance issues, and bring suggestions to the team on how to improve the performance of our frontend apps.
A knack for creating intuitive user experiences. You love working closely with UX designers with the goal to build the best app out there.
The drive to make our product available to everyone by applying accessibility standards.
Nice to have:
Experience with Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, or Swift is a big advantage.
Knowledge of either iOS or Android Experience publishing apps to the App Store / Google Play Store (using Fastlane is an advantage)
You’re familiar with Redux, Redux Sagas, and styled-components (in React Native environments).
Experience with design systems and/or internally developed component libraries.
