Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead - React Native developer interested in building performant mobile app on the iOS platforms.

• You will be responsible for architecting and building this application, as well as leading and coordinating with the responsible teams for other layers of the product infrastructure.
• Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
• The product consists of a webapp (React.JS) and a native wrapper (React Native) to be enhanced and maintained as a unique solution both for web and mobile users.
• Understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that drive the app development.
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth mobile UIs.
• You will leverage on native APIs for deep platforms integrations.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

Qualifications

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code (firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax).
• 5+ years of experience with mobile web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and UI/UX standards following Apple's design principles and guidelines.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Experience with RESTful APIs (JSON/XML) to connect mobile native/web applications to back-end services.
• Familiarity with infra setup, application deployment, application performance tuning.
• Understanding of code versioning tools such as GitHub.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools / DevOps integration.
• Familiarity with native build tools like XCode.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
