YOUR MISSION:

• Backend Architect: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Performance Optimizer: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Code Craftsman: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Review Enthusiast: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshooting Guru: Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of production systems.
• Tech Explorer: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Backend Expertise: Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role.
• Node.js Proficiency: Strong skills in one or more programming languages such as Node.js.
• Framework Familiarity: Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Database Skills: Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

BONUS POINTS:

• Advanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Microservices Familiarity: Understanding of microservices architecture.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcased on GitHub or similar platforms.
