What You'll Do

• Work on frontend web developer and mobile app development for internal applications.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to build large-scale products for well-known brands.
• Advocate for software engineering best practices and inspire their team to continuously learn and improve.
• Help build ReactJS/NextJS apps and  React Native app from scratch / end-to-end.
• Work with other PM's and Full Stack Engineers on the project and architect the app’s patterns, structure, library choices, and code reviews.
• Promote best practices in coding and architecture, collaborating with and mentoring other members of the engineering team.
• Commit to building fast and scalable products that people love, all while using best practices and the latest technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of Web Frontend experience using HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, Redux, React Query
• 3+ years of React Native experience.
• Strong understanding of the React & React Native framework and its core principles
• Strong working knowledge of Typescript, Redux toolkit, React Context, React Query, Zustand, Tailwind, MUI.  
• Strong knowledge on React, Suspense, & Relay
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Design scalable architectures for high-performance Web & Mobile delivery.
• Engineer simple and elegant solutions to challenging problems.
• Estimate and track tasks using Agile methodologies.
• Plan and lead major projects from start to finish.
• Be enthusiastic about applying new cutting-edge technologies.
• Take ownership of your own work.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are able to convey technical solutions.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.   Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)Base Pay Range (Annual)$145,600—$200,200 USD
