In this role, you will focus on maintaining and enhancing front-end components for a forward-thinking and internationally active fashion label. You will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, user-friendly interface that supports the client’s ambitious growth and business goals. This position requires technical expertise in Angular, leadership skills, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences. About the Client/Project:+ Client Industry: A forward-thinking and internationally active fashion label for discerning and fashion-conscious women with over 300 employees, 17 stores, an online shop, 600 partner spaces, and a further 2400 retail partners in 43 countries. The brand specializes in ready-to-wear outfits with a unique flair and a talented team driven by ambition and enthusiasm. + Project Scope: Maintain and enhance the front-end system to ensure usability, stability, and scalability.+ Technology Stack: Angular for front-end development, integrated with a back-end based on .NET Framework and C#.
In this role, you will
Maintain and enhance the client’s front-end application, ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
Develop and optimize user interfaces using Angular, delivering a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote front-end best practices.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and security.
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and suggest improvements to the current stack when applicable.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional growth and technical knowledge sharing.
Advocate for a user-centered approach to design and development, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
What you will bring:
5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with advanced knowledge of Angular.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience integrating front-end interfaces with APIs and back-end systems.
Proven expertise in debugging and optimizing front-end performance.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and leading technical discussions.
Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and their ecosystems.
Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated success in improving team practices and driving impactful changes.
