We are seeking a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join a small, experimental team focusing on initiatives to engage younger audiences. 

You'll collaborate with a Product Manager to design, build, and roll out small features that make a big impact. The role requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to gather information and clarify requirements.

The impact you'll make:

• Build and ship small, targeted features in alignment with the team's mission to engage younger audiences
• Collaborate closely with a Product Manager to refine and clarify requirements
• Proactively communicate with other teams across the client to unblock dependencies and gather relevant context
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development using JavaScript and Node.js

What you'll bring to us:

• +6/7 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with Node.js, Javascript, React.js, Restful APIs, and AWS.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Developer, with strong skills in both frontend (JavaScript) and backend (Node.js)
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks in a fast-paced, experimental environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude in reaching out to other teams
• Experience working in large organizations is a strong plus
