Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join a high-impact transformation initiative for a leading global fintech client. You will be working on a cutting-edge Web & Mobile App transformation project as part of a cross-functional SWAT team. The role demands excellent hands-on skills in React Native, mobile-first design, and implementation know-how.

Key Activities:

• Build high-performance, reusable React Native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and client teams to deliver end-to-end features
• Migrate features from existing native apps to React Native
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to defining best practices
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Collaborate with client-side tech teams in an agile and fast-paced environment

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of solid experience with React Native
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiar with native app development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) and integration points
• Understanding of modern mobile CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• Experience working in agile teams and client-facing projects

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Previous experience in financial services or mobile banking apps
• Experience with web technologies (React.js, Redux)
• Contributions to open-source or technical communities a plus
