Responsibilities

• Lead the architecting and development of Ads SDK, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Build infrastructure and testing around our products for reliable and frequent releases.
• Implement features and enhancements to enrich the ad delivery experience across major browsers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization contributing to the Microsoft's vision.
• Perform data-driven feature rollout, monitor telemetry to understand the feature health and customer impact.
• Participate in design and code reviews, share proven practices, and contribute to fostering engineering excellence culture.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with building and shipping software and coding in JavaScript language.
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to optimize the software performance in different environments.
• Ability to work in and across multiple domains, technologies, and situations.

Other Requirements:

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience JavaScript and modern Frontend development.
• Prior experience in ad tech industry.
