About the role

Rippling is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (React Native) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will join the mobile platform team, an agile and tight-knit team that is focused on building the core building blocks and scaling the architecture of the mobile app. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a continuous learning and high-level ownership environment.

What you will do

• Contribute to Rippling’s mobile app platform capabilities
• Collaborate with product and design to move fast on creating solutions
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Have horizontal leadership - driving initiatives via community sync-ups or work on more "zoomed-out" and long-term projects that will move the needle in the long run

What you will need

• 7+ years of experience in React and React-Native
• Proficient understanding of JS fundamentals
• Good understanding of how React-native works internally
• Have the ability to write efficient code that can be reusable
• Good in algorithm and problem-solving
• Good at creating the best user interface and user experience
• Good interpersonal skills
