As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help build full-stack solutions that power our client experience, servicing operations, and internal platforms. You’ll primarily work within our Salesforce ecosystem using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), while also contributing to a modern TypeScript backend (NestJS/Node). This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives across both declarative platforms and custom backend development.
About the role
Design and implement solutions within Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and standard/custom objects
Build and maintain robust backend services using TypeScript, with a focus on NestJS, Node.js, and REST APIs
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical requirements
Participate in peer code reviews and technical design discussions
Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions
Contribute to architecture decisions and promote engineering best practices across the team
About you
3+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on development with Apex and Lightning Web Components
Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and backend frameworks like NestJS or Node.js
Experience working with APIs (REST/SOAP), asynchronous workflows, and integrations between systems
Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable system design
Comfortable navigating both platform-based customization and general-purpose software development
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and automated testing
Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React is a plus but not required

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates only: the salary range for this position is one hundred seven thousand dollars to two hundred forty-one thousand five hundred dollars.
