Compensation:

• Base: INR 30-50L per annum
• Equity: 1-2% with additional milestone-based grants

Team: Team of 4 frontend engineers with 1 lead frontend engineer.

We're seeking an exceptional VueJS developer who combines deep expertise in performance optimization, memory management, and modern frontend frameworks with the ability to build high-performance engineering cultures. You'll be responsible for transforming our frontend architecture while ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Deep experience in frontend performance optimization and memory management
• Framework Mastery: Strong knowledge of VueJS and Vue 3 with migration experience
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and mentoring frontend engineering teams
• System Design: Ability to design scalable frontend architectures for high-traffic applications
• Observability Focus: Experience implementing comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Drive frontend architecture roadmap and migration to Vue 3
• Lead performance optimization initiatives across the frontend
• Ensure memory usage stays under 200MB with zero leaks
• Establish frontend engineering best practices

Observability & Monitoring

• Implement comprehensive frontend observability stack
• Establish robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Create dashboards and metrics for frontend performance tracking
• Develop proactive monitoring systems to identify issues before they impact users

System Design

• Design scalable frontend systems to handle high traffic
• Create architectures that support complex UI interactions
• Ensure frontend systems integrate seamlessly with AI capabilities
• Maintain high test coverage and code quality

People & Culture

• Mentor and guide frontend developers
• Foster a culture of high performance and ownership
• Implement clear career growth frameworks
