As a
Software Engineer at Corzent, you will play a vital role in our product teams by helping build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You’ll work with experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to solve real-world problems through code.
As a Software Engineer, your key objectives will be to:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and optimize relational databases.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, designers, and product managers to deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring reliable performance.
- Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve development processes.
We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL – especially PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development, asynchronous operations, and error handling.
- Experience using version control (Git) and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative team environment.
