In this Store Manager role, reporting to the VP of Retail for the target areas, you will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts, with a focus on client experience. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

•    The overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis;
•    Achieving high operational and merchandising standards;
•    The achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results;
•    Taking a proactive approach to business trends and needs;
•    Setting a positive and productive environment by building a high-performance team and creating a premium selling culture;
•    Participate in all aspects of store operations, including recruiting and training store associates, co-coordinating store logistics, and working with store team to ensure store is fully operational;

Lead the team in performing omni channel services and initiatives.
