Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke applications for a wide range of high-profile clients, including leaders in Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Government, Logistics, Utilities, and Education.

Tech Lead – React Native & Web

At Concentrix Catalyst, we thrive on solving complex challenges with innovative technology. We’re looking for a Tech Lead - React Native & Web to drive technical excellence across projects, mentor teams, and shape solutions that have real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge applications across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• Managing and mentoring engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Providing technical leadership in pre-sales, consulting engagements, and architectural planning.
• Driving best practices in React Native, React, TypeScript, Redux, functional programming, and front-end performance optimization.
• Defining and maintaining cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Supporting customers in a professional services environment, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Reviewing and enhancing code quality, test plans, architectural designs, and tech roadmaps.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in React Native, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development, including deployment and submission processes for iOS and Android.
• Proven experience in functional programming, high-order components, and scalable frontend architectures.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• A passion for mentoring engineers and driving technical decision-making.
• A problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and the ability to balance technical excellence with business needs.
