As a Technical Lead, your key objectives will be to:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, setting direction and ensuring delivery.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Own the data layer, including schema design and optimization for PostgreSQL.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
• Perform architecture reviews and code reviews to maintain code quality and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and QA to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Stay current with backend trends and recommend tools or frameworks that improve productivity.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in backend development, with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven leadership or team lead experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in API architecture, system design, and database modeling.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for mentoring, growing teams, and driving engineering excellence.
