As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers, helping resolve their issues while also working on the development and maintenance of our SaaS product. This role will have a dual focus, requiring you to troubleshoot user issues as well as improve and extend the functionality of our platform using Laravel and Vue.js, with a significant emphasis on mobile development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our SaaS platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues.
• Lead technical onboarding for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the platform.
• Develop and enhance mobile functionality, optimizing user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs, ensuring smooth platform performance.
• Assist with feature updates and testing, improving user experience and product functionality.
• Maintain detailed documentation of common support issues, resolutions, and product updates.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and support tickets to provide clear, helpful guidance.
• Manage version control using GitHub, collaborating on platform improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer, with demonstrated expertise in Vue.js (essential).
• Strong skills in Laravel.
• Substantial experience in mobile development and responsive design.
• Experience in help desk or technical support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of AWS is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively onboard new users and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Ability to multitask between support tasks and development work, managing priorities effectively.
