We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Consultant with expertise in React JS, Gradle, and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance, contributing to the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of React JS for frontend development, Gradle for build automation, and Selenium for test automation.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using React JS with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React JS with backend services and ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement and manage build automation using Gradle to streamline the development process and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Automate testing using Selenium to ensure web application functionality and performance across browsers and environments.
• Optimize web applications for performance and address any issues related to front-end responsiveness and speed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Gradle build processes and Selenium test scripts.
• Mentor and support junior developers by sharing best practices for React JS, Gradle, and Selenium development.
• Document processes, code, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and ease of understanding for team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React JS.
• Strong knowledge of Gradle for build automation, CI/CD pipeline integration, and troubleshooting build issues.
• Hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium WebDriver and related tools for end-to-end testing.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Preferred qualifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.
