We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to understand business requirements, and the leadership skills to drive high-quality product development. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Development:

• Lead and oversee the development of applications using React JS / TS, React Native JS / TS, VB.Net, .Net Framework 4.0, .Net 8 and above, Web API, and third-party controls (Component One).
• Ensure best practices in C#, RESTful APIs, JSON, Bootstrap, HTML, and JavaScript development.
• Optimize system architecture and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.

Database & Reporting:

• Manage SQL Server 2019+ with expertise in physical & logical database design.
• Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, DDL & DML statements.
• Oversee crystal reporting tools, SSRS, and SSIS for business intelligence solutions.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Ensure on-time delivery of tasks while maintaining defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and streamline workflows.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
