Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for our web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Implement complex features, ensure a seamless user experience, and adhere to best practices for code quality and maintainability
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and designs into functional and visually appealing user interfaces
• Work closely with the team to understand user needs, ensure consistency across platforms, and deliver exceptional user experiences
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to our coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to your team members
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate front-end components with APIs and services
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our front-end infrastructure, including build tools, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines
• Be responsible for staying abreast of new technologies and trends in the front-end development landscape, and for evaluating and implementing them as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our front-end design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our web applications
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in developing web applications using NextJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• 4 years experience with AWS platform engineering
• 4 years experience with version control systems such as Git and Gitlab
• 4 years experience with DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines
• 4 years experience with SaaS platforms like Uniform and ContentStack
• 4 years experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency with Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Familiarity with testing frameworks for front-end application
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Knowledge of MACH (Microservices, API, Cloud Native, and Headless) and composable architecture
• Experience with accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL database queries
• Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
• Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack or Parcel
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Experience with container as a service platforms (CaaS) like Kubernetes and Red Hat Openshift
• Experience with single sign on approaches and protocols such as OIDC and SAML
