Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in ReactJS and front-end development, along with expertise in modern UI frameworks and state management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between the frontend and backend.
• Manage state efficiently using Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, or Context API.
• Implement modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
• Write unit and integration tests using Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Maintain code quality, best practices, and documentation.
• Work with build pipelines and tools to streamline development workflows.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working with ReactJS and front-end development.
• Strong understanding of ReactJS core principles, component lifecycle, and hooks.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms like SASS/LESS.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
• Knowledge of modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT.
• Hands-on experience with front-end testing libraries like Cypress, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• Experience in developing shared component libraries is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Next.js or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques in React applications.
