The Role:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS & NodeJS) to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions that create impact and delight users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end code using ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work with DevOps and QA to ensure smooth deployment and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in NodeJS and related back-end frameworks (e.g., Express).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with GraphQL. 

- Exposure to containerization tools such as Docker.

- Experience in test automation and tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
