JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Fullstack NodeJS/Express/ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team in Cebu IT Park. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience developing projects using NodeJS, Express, and ReactJS, with additional front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS, Express, and ReactJS.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through unit testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high standards of quality.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, Express, and ReactJS with at least 3 years of experience developing projects.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for integrating front-end technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
• Experience working with Git and GitHub.
• Proficient in creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization techniques.

Optional Skills

• Familiarity with VueJS for additional front-end development.
• Experience with SASS/SCSS and Tailwind.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in NodeJS/Express and ReactJS development with real-world projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
