At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Developer (Node, React, AWS) to join our team in Colombia. Position OverviewAs a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining scalable applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. With expertise in serverless architecture, Node.js, React, and AWS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, implement best practices, and drive high-quality deliverables. Your contributions will directly support CI&T’s mission of innovation, collaboration, and transformation, while enabling seamless user experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design innovative technical solutions.
• Build serverless architectures on AWS with CDK and implement relational and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or MongoDB).
• Design and consume APIs using Postman and manage source code with Git.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions, to streamline development workflows.
• Apply best practices for software development, including performance optimization, testing, and security.
• Support a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within your team and the organization.

Must-have Skills

• Advanced English proficiency, capable of conversing fluently in written and spoken language.
• Solid experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Expertise in serverless architecture on AWS using CDK.
• Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB or MongoDB).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React framework, Next.js using Vercel, and Node.js.
• Experience building and utilizing APIs with Postman.
• Familiarity with source code management tools like Git.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with application monitoring tools, especially Sentry.
• Experience with website personalization and feature toggle using Optimizely tools.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), such as Segment.
• Object-oriented programming experience in Java and C# using the .Net framework.
• Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Sanity.
