Software Requirements:

• AWS (Certified on AWS Developer/Associate Architect/DevOps is preferred). Proficient in services like CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB.
• NodeJS
• ReactJS with experience in hooks and Redux (good to have)
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Experience in GraphQL is an added advantage

Overall Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain frameworks using JS technologies such as NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing the framework and work on pilot projects.
• Stay flexible and willing to update/add skills as required by the project demands.
• Demonstrate excellent debugging skills.
• Possess the attitude and capability to take ownership of project/tasks and execute them with limited support.

Technical Skills (Category-wise):

Cloud & AWS:

• Proficient with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Route53, and ECS services.
• Hands-on experience in containerization and virtualization with AWS.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and AWS IAM roles.

Backend Development:

• Strong in API development using NodeJS.

Frontend Development:

• Good command on UI development using React and Redux.

General:

• Proficient in JavaScript.
• Experience in GraphQL is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions.
• Write, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issues.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
