About Company:
The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team of up to 7 people.
  
• Manage tasks: create, describe, decompose, assign, and track progress.
  
• Follow ceremonies and practices within the SAFe 6.0 framework.
  
• Design and build the technical architecture of the project.
  
• Participate in interviews and hiring processes to onboard new team members.
  
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of features.
  
• Make well-informed decisions under uncertainty and collaborate with the Product Owner to resolve ambiguities.
  
• Promote and adhere to best practices in software development.
  
• Actively contribute to the development process.
  
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with the DevOps team, and set up monitoring systems.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.
  
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in blockchain-related projects.
  
• 1+ year of experience in a technical lead role.
  
• Proficiency in TypeScript 5.8 and Node.js v22.
  
• Familiarity with angular 19.
  
• Strong knowledge of Viem (or similar libraries like Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Wagmi).
  
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals: smart contracts, ETH RPC node API, tokens, gas mechanics, and consensus mechanisms.
  
• Tech stack proficiency: Redis, RabbitMQ, Express.js, Fastify, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be capable of clearly articulating complex technical issues to all levels of the organization.
  

Preferably:

• Experience working in cross-functional teams (collaborating with backend, frontend, and QA engineers).
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Vitest.
• Basic coding and testing skills in Solidity.
• Deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, particularly in the DeFi or fintech domains.
