About the role 

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with expertise in NodeJS and React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on modern React development. This role requires flexibility to tackle both backend and frontend tasks as needed, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using NodeJS 

• Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications using modern React 

• Learn and understand existing code and architecture 

• Work on documentation to ensure clarity and consistency 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex systems 

• Manage and optimize systems composed of multiple components 

• Troubleshoot and resolve both backend and frontend-related issues 

• Ensure data integrity and security 

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback 

Requirements 

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and React  

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Proactive and willing to bring up issues and solutions independently  

• Experience with backend services and modern React development 

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies 

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with AWS Lambda, containerized services, SQS, and DynamoDB 

• Experience with complex systems composed of several modules 

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
