Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and motivated React.js Developer to join our Operations team. One of the main goals of the Operations team is the reliable and stable operation of the CRM on the front end so that experts can provide quality advice to all our users through real-time online chats.

Overall, there are 6 Frontend Developers in OBRIO who are focused on different parts of the product. You will be responsible for the implementation of all technical solutions of the front-end part of the CRM, the main component of which is live chats. You'll be part of a smaller cross-functional team, which consists of our COO, Product Manager, Back-End Developer, QA and Analyst.

Your impact:

• Enhance and optimize the core components of our product, AstroCRM and Chats;
• Implement new features that will allow the team to achieve financial goals;
• Collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals and experienced developers to achieve project milestones;
• Demonstrate the ability to make informed technical decisions and take ownership of them;
• Actively propose improvements for the project and processes, while integrating innovative solutions.

About you:

• Extensive expertise in JavaScript (minimum 2.5+ years of experience);
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in React.js development;
• Proficiency in React, Redux (RTK), MUI 5, emotion, and Vite;
• Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, WebSockets, and Service Workers (our real-time chats rely on WebSocket technology);
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and DOM API;
• Deep understanding of React hooks, leveraging them for efficient development;
• Proven ability to integrate diverse services via APIs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality;
• Experience in working with designer layouts, using tools like Figma and Zeplin;
• Skilled in Git version control to uphold code quality, facilitate collaboration, and track versions effectively.

Optional green flags:

• SPA deployment experience;
• Knowledge of Node.js;
• Unit testing;
• Functional Programming, Ramda.
