In this role, you will
Develop backend solutions for a cross-platform product
Implement new services and features
Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
Follow industry best practices to ensure high-quality code and performance
Collaborate with the backend development team, taking ownership of all aspects of ongoing software development and improvements
It’s all about you
5+ years of proven commercial experience in backend development
3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
2+ years of experience in backend development using TypeScript
Solid experience with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Expertise in SOA/Microservices architecture, including communication patterns and development processes
Proficiency in working with WebSockets and messaging technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Experience with AWS services (S3, Aurora, CloudFront)
Strong expertise in scaling and managing high-load products
A solid foundation in Computer Science principles
Open-minded, proactive, and a strong team player, committed to delivering projects on time
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s)
Familiarity with NestJS framework
Experience in developing high-load products
Knowledge of Apache Kafka
Experience with API Gateway
