Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Power Platform Engineering Team and help us expand our in-house software development capabilities.

We are forming a new internal Power Platform Engineering Team to develop business applications and create new solutions. Our primary goal for the next few years is to create a custom corporate solution for public procurement management using technologies such as .NET 9, React, PostgreSQL and OpenShift.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and secure energy ecosystem by:

  • Contributing to the development of robust corporate products and their related system integrations, ensuring the team creates solutions that are easy to maintain, scale, and further develop or refactor;
  • Supporting continuous improvement by investigating new alternatives and technologies (new features, capabilities, tools, etc.);
  • Working closely with team members to design and implement the product roadmap;
  • Helping colleagues grow – performing code reviews, offering constructive challenges, and fostering a collaborative environment. We expect you to be a good team player and friendly to work with;
  • Resolving incidents and introducing relevant tools to ensure smooth operations;
  • Actively participating in all Agile Scrum activities and ceremonies.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience of developing applications with React;
  • Deep knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web development;
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners to break down business requirements into work items, understanding the scope, complexity, performance, security, and other aspects of solution development;
  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD, particularly GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence. We expect you to be able to use these tools and possibly extend the list further;
  • Experience in solving cross-browser compatibility issues;
  • Experience with testing practices.

Advantageous if you:

  • Have knowledge of using basic Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Vanilla JS, jQuery;
  • Have experience with .NET, Power Platform.
