ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of React, TypeScript, and Material-UI, along with experience using Zustand for state management. You will focus on building user-friendly and interactive web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js, TypeScript, and Material-UI.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code.
• Implement state management using Zustand to handle user information and application state.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality application code.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications and timelines.
• Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
• Implement secure development practices to protect user data and application integrity.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer for at least three years.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries, particularly Zustand.
• Familiarity with Material-UI and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Tokens.
• Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git.
• Strong understanding of secure development practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with other state management libraries.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience writing unit tests using libraries like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with other UI libraries or frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks.
