YOUR ROLE

• Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure scalable and maintainable architecture.
• Mentor and support team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes.
• Own the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-7 years of solid Frontend development experience.
• Experience in full application lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, including the latest specifications.
• Excellent knowledge in React, Redux and RTK.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Ability to guide architectural decisions and enforce coding standards.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
• Tends towards engineering excellence and getting things done.
• Good communication in English and collaboration skills.
